Ariamis

TALENT

PhDs and engineers working to achieve the same goal: to make thermal engineering a stake for the future.

All the 25 experts working with ARIAMIS are first and foremost thermal engineers. It is that energy and thermal specialisation that guides each one of them in their search for and implementation of innovating solutions, to find the best layout for engine-propulsion units in terms of emissions, performances, consumption and depollution. opportunities and become one of our experts!

SPACE AND TIME TO NURTURE TALENT

However cutting edge their qualifications, the engineers who join ARIAMIS inevitably spend time on an internal learning phase. Talent is not only innate, it has to be learned, developed and worked on. Usually, at ARIAMIS, a two-year period working on modelling issues and system simulations is required to correctly understand the stakes involved in thermal engineering. The second learning phase then consists in steering projects as a system architect alongside a colleague who has proven experience.

The thermal specialisation
ARIAMIS has made its core
business involves levels of expertise that

as rare as they are cutting edge.

EXPERIENCE SHARING IS MORE THAN JUST MOTIVATED, IT IS ORGANISED

In a human-sized organisation such as ARIAMIS, skill transfers are simple and everyday. It is not a rare sight to see company retirees offering their knowledge and experience to new team members. This thermal specialisation which ARIAMIS has made its core business inevitably involves quite rare cutting edge levels of skills and know-how. This is why all the PhDs who have carried out fundamental research on thermal issues before joining the team must imperatively be capable of transposing their research to application issues.
